To make a donation online In Memory of David do the following:

On your Computer Browser (Google, Safari, or any other) open the East End Hospice website (eeh.org)

On the Upper Right Side of the Home Page -  SELECT  DONATE

The next page is WAYS TO GIVE – DONATE

Chose the Gift Amount and whether you wish to make it a recurring gift.
Next in the Designation Window press the Up/Down Arrow and select the 3rd Option = Kanas Center for Hospice Care .

Next complete your Donor Information, using the address where your Credit Card Bill is sent,

Near the bottom of the page click on “This gift is in Memory of
DAVID MICHAEL”

You may leave an optional comment before clicking on SECURE PAYMENT

Complete your Credit Card information
